Our Sourcers work as part of your Recruiting Team. We search and identify the potential Consultants or Employees our client’s team doesn’t have time to find in advance. Amicis Sourcers work in Indian Day Shift – which means that our client’s team will have a ready pool of consultants to speak with once they start their day.

Candidate resumes are shared/updated directly to our clients’ Applicant Tracking System or submitted via email. Additionally, the Sourcers submit a separate Candidate Submittal Report for each job requirement. The report highlights each candidate with an explanation to enable the recruiter to understand the candidates’ strengths and weaknesses.
